Rebecca Churchill
President & CEO
With over 20 years in the Public Relations & Communications industry, Rebecca Churchill is an adept communicator & strategist. Her team focuses on sophisticated & multi-layered marketing to support sales and branding. Rebecca received her M.A. in Art History and Museum Studies at New York University; working as a marketing and public relations executive in NYC museum & arts institutions including Vogue Magazine, The Merchant’s House Museum and The New York Public Library. Rebecca’s ability to understand diverse industries & audiences helps CCM create impactful messaging. Her executive writing and media management get clients press and publicity, gaining brand recognition, professional validation and published content.
Lia Rossetti
Marketing Accounts Manager
Lia Rossetti is a burgeoning creative director as well as leading account manager. Her attention to detail comes from her roots in accounting. She excels in solving client problems with marketing solutions that deliver multiple touchpoints and is a proven communicator in video, print, social media and copy. You might also recognize Lia from her work supporting our clients in IT demos and videos in front of the camera. Lia received her B.S. degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a devoted volunteer to local animal shelters.
Caroline Simmons
Marketing and Communications Specialist
Caroline Simmons is a talented Marketing & Communications Specialist. After receiving her B.A at the College of William & Mary in History, Caroline spent a year with the Washington Football Team's Charitable Foundation. She is simultaneously pursuing a M.S. in Communications through the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Caroline brings a passion for metrics, relationship building and creative marketing tools to our agency.
Damian Dodd
Interactive Storyteller/Developer
Damian Dodd is having a storied career building global brands from Airlines to Zoos. Utilizing all media channels, he constantly strives to converse in branded stories in unique and effective ways first as an advertising Art Director for such notable agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis, and now as a website developer and content creator. He is passionate about community wellness and well-being and is currently volunteering his marketing, web, and content expertise to empower his local YWCA’s senior and youth programs. Damian loves to geek out on new technologies and technical problem-solving. He enjoys getting out in nature with his wife and daughter and has recently taken up cycling. Maura Danehey
Communications Consultant
Maura Danehey has a decade experience in communications and public affairs. She delivers high-level, measurable social impact-focused communications with an emphasis on accessibility, social responsibility, and diversity, equity and inclusion. She has worked for nonprofit organizations; local, federal, and foreign governments; a Fortune 100 company; and public relations firms. Her experience includes managing Hilton's global public affairs; overseeing executive positioning and accessibility communications for the District of Columbia Government; and developing the British Foreign Commonwealth Office’s internal communications. She has even written for a former U.S. President. Described as a human connector, Maura’s knack for bringing like-valued people and brands together to deliver impact proves beneficial time and again, while her calm demeanor is an asset for working with executives and leading teams.
Leslie Arakelian
Marketing Consultant
Marketing Consultant Leslie Arakelian came to CCM after spending five years as a proposal manager for IT firms and the Federal Government. In addition to that work she is also the CEO and photographer of a small women owned portrait photography business focusing primarily on women and helping them to see their own self-worth with confidence and giving them a tangible visual legacy to pass through the generations. During her time behind the camera she has photographed young children, teens, business owners, and families and helped ease each group with their own unique insecurities to feel safe and comfortable in front of the camera and with themselves.
